What we do
Every engagement starts the same way. We look at where your hours actually go, then decide together what's worth fixing first. No fixed package, because no two businesses waste time the same way.
You have the idea and the skill, not the infrastructure. We set up the systems a business needs to operate: how money comes in, how clients get onboarded, where the work lives, what happens without you touching it.
We map the tasks consuming your week, then build them out of your day. Intake, scheduling, follow-up, reporting, invoicing. Including the AI tooling that's genuinely useful and skipping the parts that aren't.
Growth exposes whatever was held together manually. We rebuild the operational side so more volume doesn't mean more hours from you, and so the business runs when you step away from it.

Pricing
Every engagement is quoted in writing after a scoping conversation, so you know the number and the deliverables before you commit. Project work and ongoing monthly retainers both available.

Engagements are invoiced directly. Retainers bill monthly in advance. Projects bill according to the schedule agreed in your written scope. Payment by ACH bank transfer or card. ACH is preferred and typically settles within four business days.
If work has not begun, you receive a full refund on request. If work is underway, we refund the unearned portion of what you've paid, based on work delivered to date. Refunds are returned by the original payment method within ten business days.
Either side may end a monthly retainer with fourteen days written notice. You are billed through the notice period and any prepaid time beyond it is refunded. Project engagements may be stopped at any point, with billing settled for completed work.
Email us before disputing a charge with your bank. We respond to billing questions within one business day and resolve them within five. Most issues are a scope misunderstanding and are faster to fix directly.
Consulting and implementation services only. No physical goods are sold or shipped. Deliverables are defined in the written scope for each engagement before work begins.
We collect only what's needed to do the work and bill for it. We do not sell or share client information. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored by us.
