What we do
Every engagement starts the same way. We look at where your hours actually go, then decide together what's worth fixing first. No fixed package, because no two businesses waste time the same way.
You have the idea and the skill, not the infrastructure. We set up the systems a business needs to operate: how money comes in, how clients get onboarded, where the work lives, what happens without you touching it.
We map the tasks consuming your week, then build them out of your day. Intake, scheduling, follow-up, reporting, invoicing. Including the AI tooling that's genuinely useful and skipping the parts that aren't.
Growth exposes whatever was held together manually. We rebuild the operational side so more volume doesn't mean more hours from you, and so the business runs when you step away from it.

Every engagement is quoted in writing after a scoping conversation, so you know the number and the deliverables before you commit. Project work and ongoing monthly retainers both available.

Every engagement begins with a discovery call at no cost. If it's a fit, you receive a written scope covering the work, the deliverables, and the fee. Nothing is billed and no work starts until that scope is agreed in writing.
Retainers bill on the 1st of each month for that month's work, month to month with no minimum commitment. Fixed-scope projects bill 50% at signing and 50% on delivery. Invoices are due on receipt. ACH bank transfer is standard and typically settles in four business days. Card payment is available on request.
Retainers are month to month. To end an engagement, send written notice by the 25th of the month and you won't be billed for the following month. The current month runs to completion. Projects may be ended at any point, with fees settled for work completed to that date.
Fees for work already delivered are non-refundable. If work hasn't begun, the full amount is refunded on request. If an engagement ends mid-month, the current month is not refunded. Every engagement is scoped in writing beforehand precisely so both sides know what they're getting.
Email us before disputing a charge with your bank. Billing questions receive a response within one business day and are resolved within five. Most issues are a scope misunderstanding and are faster to fix directly.
Delivering the work requires administrative access to the systems named in your written scope. Access is used solely to perform the agreed work. At the end of the engagement, or at any point on request, you revoke access and we confirm in writing that no credentials are retained.
Any software or automation platform needed to deliver the work is purchased by you on your own accounts, and is named in the scope before implementation. Accounts, data, and access stay yours during and after the engagement. Nothing is marked up or passed through.
Consulting and implementation services only. No physical goods are sold or shipped. Deliverables are defined in the written scope before work begins, and on full payment you own everything produced under the engagement.
Your information, systems access, and business details are kept confidential and are not shared with third parties, except where the tools named in your scope are required to deliver the agreed work. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored by us.
